• Use custom domains for your waitlist pages
• Embed waitlist widgets on your website

• Collect feature requests and feedback from users

3. Account Registration

To use SimpleWaitlist, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any changes to your information
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SimpleWaitlist to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Collect data without proper consent from subscribers
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use our service for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Resell or redistribute our services without authorization

5. Your Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to SimpleWaitlist. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store, process, and display your content as needed to provide the service
• Create backups for data protection purposes
• Aggregate anonymized usage statistics

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect and process subscriber data and that you comply with applicable privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).

6. Subscription and Payment

SimpleWaitlist offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited features and subscriber capacity for personal or small projects
• Paid Plans: Additional features, higher limits, and priority support

For paid plans:

• Billing is processed securely through Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are provided at our discretion for unused service periods
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

7. API and Integrations

SimpleWaitlist provides APIs and integration capabilities. When using these features:

• Keep your API keys confidential and secure
• Do not exceed rate limits or abuse API access
• You are responsible for the security of webhook endpoints you configure
• Third-party integrations are subject to their own terms of service

8. Custom Domains

If you use custom domains for your waitlist pages:

• You must own or have rights to use the domain
• You are responsible for domain registration and DNS configuration
• SSL certificates are provided automatically through our service
• We reserve the right to remove domains used for malicious purposes

9. Intellectual Property

SimpleWaitlist and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our software.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible
• Experience occasional downtime due to technical issues
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimpleWaitlist shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

SimpleWaitlist is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SimpleWaitlist, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the service ceases immediately
• You may export your data before termination when possible
• We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

15. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
